How does Surviver, Big Brother, and any other reality TV shows pick out people to put on the show? And if a new reality show is coming and no one knows it then how can you get on those shows?

The network that has the shows often have links to sign up for next season. It’s a lot harder to get on a new series, usually they’ll have advertisements giving a little bit of information about the new show, but it never gives away that much. They usually start with “Is anyone interested in a new…etc. etc.”
On the network’s websites, sometimes there’s signups for new reality shows there.
